The slow growth of the da yeh cultivar that occurs at 1600-1800 meters develops sweet malty flavors, accented with notes of caramelized sugar, baking spices, and cocoa. Packaging may vary from photo.
BLACK TEA BREWING GUIDE
- Preheat the teapot with hot water.
- Empty preheating water.
- Add 7g (2-3 tsp.) of black tea.
- Add 210ºF water to the 400ml mark.
- Steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into cup or preheated serving pitcher.
