Organic Ginger Plum Iced Tea

A caffeine-free herbal tea that blends ginger with natural flavor of ripe plums. This scarlet infusion is sweet and tart with just a touch of spice.

Hot Steeping Instructions

In a teapot add 3-4 grams (1 tbsp.) of tea per 8 ounces of water. Steep in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes.Strain and add an equal amount of cold water. Serve over ice.

Cold Steeping Instructions

Add 15-20 grams (3-4 tbsp.) of tea to a clean 1 qt container. Fill the container with cold water and refrigerate 12-24 hours depending on desired strength. When finished steeping, strain the leaves and serve or store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Serve over ice.
