The combination of spring picked tea leaves and silver and white buds produces a bright, light gold infusion. The delicate, earthy aroma is sweet and slightly herbal with a lingering floral flavor. 

WHITE TEA BREWING GUIDE

  1. Preheat the teapot with hot water.
  2. Empty preheating water.
  3. Add 7g (2-3 tsp.) of white tea.
  4. Add 210ºF water to the 400ml mark.
  5. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour into cup or preheated serving pitcher.
