Organic Emerald Spring
Harvested in May of 2018, Emerald Spring comes from Hubei, China the birthplace of the steaming process most commonly used to produce Japanese green tea. It is steamed and pan-fired and highlights flavors from both processes. The flavor is sweet and vibrant, with a buttery, nuttiness. In a 400ml teapot steep 6-7 grams of tea in 175Ã‚Â°F water for 3-5 minutes. The lower water temperature will decrease the astringency and bitterness, accentuating the sweetness of the tea.
