Organic Early Spring Snow Sprout
A white tea from Yunnan, China with an intensely sweet flavor. The soft, plush body is well complimented with notes of cantaloupe, honey, and stone fruit. The finish is bright and floral highlighted again with amazing sweetness. Harvested in March 2018.
In a 400 ml kyusu or glass teapot, steep 8-10 grams for 5-7 minutes in 180°F water. It is also well suited tea for cold-brewing. Steep 15-20 grams in a one liter jar with cold water, and refrigerate for 16-24 hours. Strain into another and serve over ice. Keeps refrigerated for up 72 hours.
