200 gram 2022 Vintage Thai Pu'er Cake

This sun-dried fermented green tea, commonly know as Pu'er, comes to us from the village of Doi Wawee located in northern Thailand. The heirloom assamica tea trees in this region produce tea when fermented, has a sweet flavor with slightly woody aroma that over the course of several infusions reveals flavors of cedar, orchid, and other complex floral notes.
