Organic Golden Needles
Rich and malty black tea from Yunnan, China made from the unopened buds (pekoe leaf) of heirloom assamica plants. It makes a strong cup devoid of astringency, and features flavors of toasted malt, cocoa, and baking spice. Excellent with the addition of milk and sugar and equally delicious without. In a 400 ml glass teapot steep 6 grams of tea in 210F water for 3-5 minutes. Or for a stronger cup increase the amount of tea up to 9 grams. Makes a fantastic iced tea.
