Organic Green Needles
This pan-fired green tea is from Xuan'en county located in Hubei province China. It was produced from the Hubei E-Cha #10 cultivar, a cultivar that was created through hand-pollinating to suit the unique terroir. It has bittersweet, grassy and resinous flavors that are simultaneously woodsy and refreshing.
In a 400ml teapot steep 6-7 grams of tea in 175°F water for 3-5 minutes. The lower water temperature will decrease the astringency and bitterness, accentuating the sweetness of the tea.
