Kilogram Tea

Tea is defined by a process of transformation.  A cultivar is chosen based on the characteristics desired. The farmer will skillfully transform the seed into a raw leaf. The terrain, weather, elevation of the garden, and time of harvest all exert a powerful influence on the tea to come.
