Our Organic Hojicha is a deeply roasted, powdered Japan green tea produced in Kagoshima, Japan. It has a rich, almost smokey roasted flavor accentuated by notes of cocoa and caramelized sugar. It is a great alternative to matcha in milk based beverages served either hot of cold. It pairs well especially well with sweeteners such as maple syrup or honey.
