Crimson Claus 2 oz Box


Crimson Claus was inspired by, Sorrel, a Jamaican rum holiday punch that features hibiscus, spices, and citrus. The newest member of the Crimson family combines sweet-tart hibiscus with the warm spice flavors of ginger and cinnamon, and uses bergamot peel for a hint of citrus. Crimson Claus can either be served as warming hot tea, or works cold as a fruity holiday punch similar to Sorrel, which tastes great with or without rum.

I like to prepare it using 6 grams of tea in 400ml Glass Teapot with boiling water, steeped for 5 minutes. This produces a deep red color.  It tastes great with a slice of orange and a touch of honey. Check out our blog for the Crimson Claus Punch recipe.
