Organic Yunnan Golden Lily
Harvested in Yunnan, China this past May, Golden Lily is made from the Jin Xuan cultivar commonly used for making oolong tea in Taiwan. It combines the fruity flavor of lychee with notes of rose, but retains a classic black tea maltiness. It’s sweet and medium-bodied with a clean, nuanced finish.
In a 400 ml teapot, steep 7 grams in 210°F water for 3 minutes.
