Organic Golden Needles
Rich and malty black tea from Yunnan, China made from the unopened buds (pekoe leaf) of heirloom assamica plants. It makes a strong cup devoid of astringency, and features flavors of toasted malt, cocoa, and baking spice. Excellent with the addition of milk and sugar and equally delicious without. Harvested summer 2019.
In a 400 ml glass teapot steep 6 grams of tea in 210F water for 3-5 minutes. Or for a stronger cup increase the amount of tea up to 9 grams. Makes a fantastic iced tea.
