Jade Orchid 1.75 oz Box
Jade Orchid was harvested in Yunnan, China in March and April of 2016 during the very beginning of the first plucking of the year. Unlike most of the green tea made in China it underwent a baking process that accentuates the floral aromas of the Jin Xuan cultivar, commonly used for making oolong tea. It is slightly brisk with notes of chestnut and wildflower.
Prepare by using 8 grams of tea in a 400ml teapot. Steep using 180°F water for 3-4 minutes.
