Mulling Spice Blend 2 oz Box
A classic blend of allspice, cinnamon, ginger, clove and citrus to add holiday to cheer to your warm wine or cider.
Cider Mulling Instructions:
In a saucepan bring 10 grams of Mulling Spice Blend per 12 oz of cider to a boil. Remove from heat and steep covered for 15 minutes. Strain and garnish with an orange slice or cinnamon stick.
Red Wine Mulling Instructions:
Combine two 750 ml bottles of fruity, dry red wine with 25 grams of mulling spice, and a 1/2 cup of honey in a large pot. Bring it up to a simmer, cover, and let continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and serve warm, garnish with an orange slice or cinnamon stick.
