A blend of 2018 late-summer harvested black tea from Yunnan and essential oil of the bergamot orange. When grown at an elevation of 1600-1800 meters, the da yeh cultivar produces a caramel sweet, malty black tea that pairs perfectly with the perfumed citrus aroma of first pressed oil from the bergamot fruit.

BLACK TEA BREWING GUIDE
- Preheat the teapot with hot water.
- Empty preheating water.
- Add 7g (2-3 tsp.) of black tea.
- Add 210ºF water to the 400ml mark.
- Steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into cup or preheated serving pitcher.
