Organic English Breakfast
Harvested in October 2017, our English Breakfast was blended with intention of being great with a bit milk and sugar, as well as on its own. The slow growth of several Yunnan cultivars at roughly1850 masl develops sweet malty flavors, accented with notes of caramelized sugar, baking spices, and cocoa.
For a 12 ounce pot, steep 5 or 6 grams for 3-5 minutes in water off the boil. If adding milk or sugar, try increasing the amount of tea by a gram or two.
