Organic English Breakfast 2 oz Box
Harvested in October 2017, our English Breakfast was blended with intention of being great with a bit milk and sugar, as well as on its own. The slow growth of several Yunnan cultivars at 1600-1800 masl develops sweet malty flavors, accented with notes of caramelized sugar, baking spices, and cocoa.
For a 12 ounce pot, steep 5 or 6 grams for 3-5 minutes in water off the boil. If adding milk or sugar, try increasing the amount of tea by a gram or two.
